The Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Johnstown (JRA),
www.johnstown-redevelopment.org, was incorporated in 1949 by the
City of
Johnstown under the
Pennsylvania Urban Redevelopment Law of 1945.
The JRA works with the City of Johnstown Department of
Community and Economic Development and other local economic
development partners including state and federal agencies to

businesses into blighted and abandoned industrial
properties.
